About the role

Redlands Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Person to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. As a full-time Automotive Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and matching them with the most suitable vehicle

Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to showcase their features and benefits

Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales

Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction

Participating in sales training and development programs to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in Mazda vehicles

A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude

A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles

A current Queensland Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
