About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, administration or call center work who enjoys providing top-notch support to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and email enquiries
• Provide professional support and assistance to customers regarding their orders and general queries
• Accurately update and maintain records using internal systems
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is essential
• Call center experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A valid Driver's License and access to reliable transport
