About the role

As a full-time Business Development specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our residential property management portfolio. What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting for new property management clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their unique needs and requirements

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business

Negotiating and securing new property management contracts

Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients

Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new business opportunities

Contributing to the development and implementation of the agency's overall business development strategy

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the residential property management industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Thorough understanding of the residential property management industry and relevant regulations

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as real estate or business, is highly desirable
