Barista – Full-Time

Eclectic Tastes is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Barista to join our busy café team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a tight-knit crew, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites, to consistently high standards

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including the proper care and maintenance of all coffee equipment

Contributing to daily operations including table service, register use, and food prep.

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of café operations and customer experience

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-volume café or restaurant environment

Confident with grind adjustment, extraction, and machine setup

Skilled in latte art and consistent coffee presentation

Friendly, professional, and able to multitask under pressure

Flexible availability across mornings and weekends

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and an understanding of different coffee bean varieties and roast profiles

Must have the right to work in Australia

Minimum 2 year2 of experience as a Barista in a commercial setting
