About the Role
We are expanding rapidly in New South Wales and are looking for driven individuals to join us in Bondi Junction as Compliance Technicians. This is a rare chance to get in from the ground floor as we establish and grow our NSW operations.
You’ll be hands-on in the field, conducting inspections, testing compliance requirements, and playing an important role in the safety of homes and businesses. For the right candidate, this is more than a job — it’s a career pathway with opportunities to grow alongside the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carry out safety and compliance inspections at residential and commercial properties
Test, record, and report findings using digital tools
Work independently day-to-day, with the full backing of our head office team
Build relationships with property managers, landlords, and tenants
Help us set the standard for compliance services in NSW
What We’re Looking For
Experience in compliance, inspections, or trades is beneficial but not essential — we provide training
Current driver’s licence (required)
A strong eye for detail and good communication skills
Comfortable using tablets and apps for reporting
Reliable, professional, and eager to be part of a growing team
