About the Role
They're looking for a Field Services Technician in Goulburn to provide onsite technical support, assist with project go-lives, and resolve a wide range of IT issues. You’ll represent the company onsite with clients, balancing scheduled work with urgent callouts. Some days you’ll also jump in to help the Service Desk remotely from the office.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing onsite and remote IT support across desktops, laptops, mobiles, and peripherals

Managing and troubleshooting Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and SharePoint

Diagnosing and fixing LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and routing issues

Installing and upgrading hardware, applications, and network equipment

Supporting Professional Services go-live activities

Maintaining up-to-date client documentation and site photos

Identifying potential client needs while onsite and communicating them to Account Management

Ensuring your ConnectWise schedule, time entries, and notes are kept accurate and complete

What we’re looking for:

Previous field services or desktop support experience

Solid troubleshooting skills in Microsoft and networking environments

Customer-first mindset with great communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
