About the Role:

As a Staging Technician, you’ll play a critical role in preparing brand-new ATMs for deployment across Australia and New Zealand. From inspecting and configuring hardware to loading software and ensuring compliance, you’ll be part of a team that upholds the highest standards of security, quality, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect ATM units for manufacturing defects and transportation damage

Load and configure software according to customer specifications

Perform functional testing and quality assurance checks

Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and compliance records

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and deployment

Monitor and manage inventory levels of ATM components

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure work environment

Required Skills & Experience:

Solid understanding of hardware and software fundamentals

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in IT support, hardware staging, or ATM servicing

Familiarity with compliance documentation and audit processes

Exposure to inventory control systems or asset tracking tools

Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation)

Experience working in secure or regulated environments
