What will your role look like

The ideal candidate must have excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to work independently and be familiar with technology will be essential. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to think on their feet. With opportunities to move into a senior position, we are looking for someone to support the growth of this business. This role has the ability to work from home and from our office in Coolangatta (QLD) and the roles will be varied which may include.

Handling enquiries during normal business hours (via telephone, email) in a professional and timely manner.

Assisting with health marketing and communication strategies to new and existing clients including promotion of health challenges and updates

Managing Social media platform to build awareness of our ongoing health challenges

Use of client management software (Nookal) and various software platforms to ensure timely and accurate client bookings with appropriate clinicians

Supporting and reviewing clinicians with administrative tasks (such as sending correspondence.

Operations reporting and scheduling of clinicians across Australia

Who you are

- Experience in the health field is not essential but preferred

- Show enthusiasm to positive health choices and be a leader who inspires others to make a change

- Excellent communication skills and social media experience

- Skilled in the use of technology, we currently use various software to engage with our clients
