About the Role:
A rare & exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team in a high performing store at Highpoint Shopping Centre. You’ll be managing a close-knit team of 5–10 in a dynamic, fast-paced store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and delivering an elevated customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Drive store performance through effective visual merchandising, stock management and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on development, accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards.
• Champion innovation and change, supporting new initiatives and technologies that enhance the retail experience.
