About the Role

As Store Manager of the Highpoint location, you'll take ownership of all day-to-day operations, inspire a small team, and drive a customer-first culture. You'll lead from the front, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while hitting sales and performance targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving store performance through coaching, KPIs, and a hands-on leadership style

Styling clients and offering personalised service in a premium retail environment

Managing stock, VM standards, and daily store presentation

Rostering, training, and team development

Reporting into a supportive area leader who is focused on your growth
