Hays has partnered with a highly regarded construction company who are looking for an innovative and commercially driven contract's administrator to deliver their next iconic project on the Southern Gold Coast.

Your new role

In your new role you will be site-based, working alongside an experienced project team. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and subcontracts
• Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions
• Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to address contractual issues and mitigate risks
• Maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and record-keeping systems
• Providing support and guidance to project teams
• Assist with progress claim and variation preparation and control
• Raise, issue and close out purchase orders
• Purchase order and invoice reconciliation
• Administration of the project HSE system

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in a team and delivering a luxury residential mid-rise project.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal principles
• High competency with Procore is required.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve contractual issues
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate contract records and documentation
