We’re Looking For

A person with previous construction experience who is keen to learn how to install waterproofing membranes

Someone with a can-do attitude who takes pride in quality work

A team player who values attention to detail and wants to build a long-term career

You’ll train with our most experienced installers, developing your skills and learning the latest best-practice waterproofing methods used across Australia.

What We Offer

$30–$40 per hour + Super + overtime rates
All tools provided
Monthly goals with incentives
Quarterly team days (paintball, go-karting, Harbour Bridge climb,Randwick race day)
Annual Harbour Cruise
Work on Sydney’s most prestigious homes (Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Sutherland Shire)

Your Daily Duties

Liaising and communicating with clients & builders

All aspects of liquid membrane installation

Arranging and organizing materials

Travelling to Sydney’s most prestigious residential homes

What We Want From You
