We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and passionate Senior Barista Allrounder to join our flagship store at Westfield Chermside. In this role, you’ll work closely with our incredible Store Manager, enjoy being part of a supportive and fun team, and full-time hours are available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Bring

Barista Skills

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a barista in a fast-paced Australian café (Campos training a plus)

Ability to consistently produce quality shots and maintain grinder calibration

Skilled in milk texturing with strong latte art abilities

Impeccable hygiene and commitment to machine cleanliness

Customer Service Skills

Exceptional service with a genuine smile and polished presentation

Calm and professional under pressure, with strong prioritisation skills

Fluent English and the ability to build rapport with regulars
