High volume Suburban Cafe seeking High Volume Barista or Cafe Shift Leader to work 3-5 days per week. Opportunity to move to a Full-time Contract Available for the right candidate. Position could also suit Uni Student or Someone looking for a Permanent Part Time Role. The Cafe's seats 100+ dine customers when full and serves a large amount of take away coffees, cabinet items & dine in main meals.

The successful candidate/s should have previous high volume barista experience and be competent and consistent with pouring (at minimum) basic latte art. The successful candidate will be knowledgable and experienced in texturing milk, splitting milk and consistently pouring coffees to a high standard for both dine in and take away. The role requires someone who can work both independently and well in a team and has a great sense of urgency and time management.

This person will do a variety of roles throughout the day including Barista-ing in peak periods, serving customers, opening the cafe, closing the cafe, coordinating FOH team members and a range of other day-to-day cafe tasks that are delegated to the team by the Cafe Manager.
