What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating bookings to maximise studio efficiency.

Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.

Scheduling appointments for both new and returning clients.

Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to team sales goals.

Maintaining accuracy across our booking systems.

Responding promptly to booking requests via social media channels.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the role. Ideally, you’ll have:

Proven sales ability with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience in a bookings, customer service, or administrative role.

A genuine interest in the tattoo industry and its creative culture.

Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
