We’re on the hunt for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. While previous sales or automotive experience is a bonus, it’s your energy and willingness to learn that will set you apart.

You’ll need to be confident handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, comfortable setting and smashing personal goals, and most importantly, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays, is essential, with a weekday RDO provided.
