On behalf of our client, a leading residential real estate business with modern, state-of-the-art offices, we are seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager. This role goes beyond property marketing, focusing on brand initiatives, corporate communications, and community exposure, while still overseeing key marketing platforms and supporting the wider business.
In this role, you’ll work alongside some of the industry’s most successful Sales Agents, coordinating premium campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring every property is represented to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and regularly update multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Drive the company’s email marketing programs and CRM campaigns (Agentbox).
- Research and curate engaging content for the company website, e-newsletters, and social platforms.
- Act as first point of contact for all creative suppliers and media partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key partners (including Domain and REA) on strategic initiatives.
- Stay ahead of new marketing technologies and practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Work with agents on bespoke campaigns and develop agency-wide marketing templates.
- Manage photography libraries and ensure consistency in brand standards.
- Assist with staff events, onboarding, and training on marketing programs and software.
- Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics and provide insights to leadership.
- Support community partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.
- Contribute to content development at events, auctions, and community activations when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate marketing (essential).
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, corporate communications, and community outreach.
- Skilled in Agentbox, Canva, and confident across social and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives.
