About the Role

As our Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the practice. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for preparation and management of end-to-end payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

Conducting monthly financial reporting and analysis

Managing general ledger reconciliation and end-of-month processes

Preparation and responsibility for annual budgeting and financial forecasting

Performing other financial and administrative duties as required

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. You will work closely with the Practice Managers and support the team in maintaining the financial health of the practice.

The Bloomfield Medical Group operates on level 2 and the Bloomfield Specialist Group on level 5 of the Bloomfield Medical Centre, a new state of the art medical centre in Orange NSW.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience within medical industry advantageous but not essential
