About the Opportunity

Due to client portfolio growth, our client is recruiting for TWO experienced and driven Client Advisor to join their professional services team.

If you’re a qualified accountant with over six years’ experience in public practice, a talent for building strong client relationships, and a passion for mentoring others- this could be your next great career move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage your own client portfolio, including relationship development, project delivery, and WIP control.
• Lead or co-lead client meetings, building trusted and strategic partnerships.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance tasks with a focus on quality and client outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities for your clients and provide proactive, strategic advice.
• Draft advice on tax, finance, and business structures for Partner review.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering professional growth.
• Contribute to technical research and thought leadership across the firm.
• Support innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in your team’s processes.
• Participate in broader firm initiatives, working groups, and development programs.

What You’ll Bring

• 4 - 6+ years' experience in a professional accounting or advisory firm.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
• A solutions-oriented approach to technical and strategic challenges.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of Division 7A and other relevant tax and compliance frameworks.
