About the role

Bunbury Auto One is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Bunbury, WA. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As Store Manager, you will be a key part of our Retail & Trade Consumer Products team, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and sales tracking

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping environment

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail sales associates

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with the wider Bunbury Auto One team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry

Proven track record of successfully leading a team and driving sales performance

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a superior shopping experience

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills

Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools

Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
