What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive store sales, KPIs, and overall performance
• Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive workplace where people grow and succeed
• Build strong relationships with customers and the community
• Ensure smooth daily operations including rostering, compliance, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Proven retail management experience in a high-volume environment
• A confident and supportive leader who thrives on coaching and mentoring
• Passion for customer service and a genuine love of pets
• Commercially minded - comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and P&L accountability
• Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Energetic, positive, and motivated by achieving results
