We are currently seeking Customer Service driven Sales Representatives to join its industry leading Front Line Service Advising team.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic customer experience focused Service Advisors to join our Aspley Mazda Service Department.

As a Aspley Mazda Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge and working in a fast paced team environment with excellent customer service skills. In this role you will be the main point of contact to support our customers experience with the Service Department at Aspley Mazda.

In this role you will need to be committed and responsible for providing a high level of customer service to and supporting the business to grow both across the Aspley Mazda Dealership

Responsibilities of the roles include:

Being the first point of contact for our customers, determining their requirements.

Proactive in sales of preventative maintenance to best maintain their vehicle.

Liaising with the workshop and parts departments

Quoting repair jobs and liaising with customers to ensure they receive the best possible customer service experience

Meeting and exceeding Customer Satisfaction targets and sales targets

Essential requirements:

Experience in a Customer facing Customer Service role

Excellent oral and written communication, numeracy, and customer service skills

Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations

Willingness to learn automotive technical knowledge

Professional attitude and well-organised

Current driver's licence

Ability to work in a team environment

Demonstrated care and attention to detail

Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
