Job Description:

As a Service Advisor at Tropical Auto Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
- Providing accurate and detailed information on recommended services and repairs.
- Coordinating service appointments and scheduling work orders.
- Liaising with the service team and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
- Estimating service costs and preparing detailed invoices for customers.
