We're seeking a proactive and mechanically knowledgeable individual — ideally someone with hands-on experience as a mechanic or with strong mechanical understanding — to bridge the gap between our workshop and our customers.

Accurately diagnosing vehicle concerns with the help of technicians.

Quoting repairs and communicating clearly with customers.

Managing repair timelines and keeping customers informed.

Liaising between technicians and customers for smooth workflow.
