Currently experiencing a significant phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to take on one of their award winning projects.

The Role:
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing strategies for key residential projects - land and built form. Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage rollouts, monitor media, and support campaign reviews to meet enquiry targets.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, social media, and media releases per project plans.
• Work with builders to deliver house & land packages and manage pipeline.
• Manage events, assist with ROI, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain website and lead pages for accuracy and conversion.
• Support budgets, prepare reports, and maintain relationships.
• Improve marketing strategies for continuous growth.

Experience/Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications and/or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Marketing within the residential development industry.
• Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the SEQ residential development market.
• Proven track record of developing and/or implementing successful project marketing campaigns.
• Be a driven and solutions focused marketing professional.
