Our coffee roastery in Bowral is getting busier and we are expanding our team as well as some of our team reducing hours for study, we have some new positions available. We have a busy coffee roasting business with two cafe sites located in the regional Southern Highlands and we roast our own coffee for retail and wholesale customers.

Ideally you would need to be passionate about coffee, able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships with our loyal customers.

This is a great opportunity for coffee enthusiasts to learn and grow their own coffee knowledge and experience.

We are looking for people who can work in a team environment, are open minded to new ideas & change and who are willing to give our customers the best value experience.

You will need to be well presented, punctual, enthusiastic and most of all a team player.

On this occasion barista experience is not necessary. In fact, no experience is neccessary as we will train. We have the most experienced crew in the Highlands ready to share their experience and knowledge.
