Queensland Appliances is seeking an experienced Service Administrator with proven skills in scheduling who can hit the ground running. This is a fast-paced and varied role working with a friendly and vibrant team in a family run business that’s been operating for over 50 years, with no plans on slowing down!

This is a Full-Time role based in Hemmant QLD, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with immediate start available!

The role:

Processing and following up incoming maintenance requests

Assisting with incoming customer enquiries - phone and email

Scheduling multiple technicians daily runs - 40-50 jobs a day!

Ordering/Processing parts and stock – incoming and outgoing

Assisting with preparation of customer quotes & invoices

Assisting our Office Manager & Service Coordinator with general administration as required

What we are looking for:

2-3 years experience in a similar Administrative role - ESSENTIAL

1-2 years experience in scheduling with good knowledge of Brisbane & surrounding suburbs - IDEAL

Exceptional Customer Service, with polite and professional phone manner

Highly organised with an obsession for attention to detail

Excellent communication and time management skills

Great computer literacy, quick on a keyboard, familiar with systems and software, and experience with databases and Microsoft Office Suite

Great work ethic and enthusiastic can-do attitude
