The Role
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, RFIs, and reporting
- Support procurement and subcontractor management
- Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor progress against program and flag issues early
- Ensure compliance with company systems and project requirements
The Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in civil or commercial construction (Adelaide experience preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with all levels of stakeholders
