Concierge Service Specialist - Be the Face and Energy of Cabravale Club Resort!

Location: Cabra Vale Diggers Club

Position: Part-Time – with Full Availability Required (across 7 days a week preferred).

About the Role:

We’ve combined Reception and Cashier duties to create the exciting role of Concierge Service Specialist! Be the energetic face of our resort, delivering top-notch service across every interaction. Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, manage front reception duties with finesse, and operate cashier functions with skill. Be the go-to person for information, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience. As a passionate Concierge Service Specialist, you'll provide outstanding service and create lasting impressions for all our guests, playing a key role in delivering a smooth and memorable experience, all while keeping a smile on your face!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests at the club entrances, setting the tone for their experience!

Manage the front club reception area, bringing efficiency to its smooth running.

Provide detailed information on all resort amenities, services, and events, so everyone feels informed and cared for!

Assist club & hotel guests, with seamless service.

Operate the club’s cashier functions, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and providing a positive last impression.

Answer inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest's satisfaction.

Assist with restaurant reservations and event ticket purchases, enhancing their leisure time.

Promote membership options and assist with inquiries, so newcomers can join our vibrant community.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions and transportation options, providing local knowledge and insight.

Ensure the area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, making it a haven of hospitality.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in club environment with an eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of guest's needs

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, that allow you to connect with guests from all walks of life.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, so no task goes unfinished!

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative culture.

Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software, which will help you provide swift and efficient service.

RSA/RCG certification (mandatory), emphasizing our commitment to responsible service and compliance.

Your Commitment:

As a Concierge Service Specialist, you'll be an integral member of our team, ensuring exceptional service during Cabravale Club Resort's extended operating hours (across 7 days a week preferred).

Cabravale Club resort operates 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM on weekdays, and until 6:00 AM on weekends, requiring a commitment to flexible shift availability within these times.

This includes the ability to work within these hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights, is essential.

Ability to handle the lively, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a smile.
