Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery (e.g. conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging lines).

Fault-find and diagnose mechanical issues to reduce downtime.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.

Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve machinery performance.

Complete maintenance records, work orders, and reports accurately.

Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

About You:

Trade qualified Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade or equivalent.

Proven experience in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing (highly regarded).

Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.

Solid understanding of safety protocols and food industry compliance standards.

Able to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
