Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency
• Respond to breakdowns and initiate repairs to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and suppliers
• Provide input on process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Possess a strong understanding of industrial maintenance principles and practices
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment with a focus on mechanical or electrical maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
