The Role

We are looking for dermal therapists who are obsessed with skincare and cosmeceuticals—professionals who can blend clinical credibility with dynamic sales ability. You’ll deliver express treatments, perform consultations using VISIA analysis, and confidently recommend Ilumae products and treatment plans.

This role is also a pathway into Contour Clinics, giving you exposure to advanced treatments, mentoring from leading cosmetic doctors, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Ilumae Express Treatments: facials and express skin needling.

Conduct VISIA skin analysis consultations and prescribe evidence-based skincare.

Champion Ilumae cosmeceuticals with passion, knowledge, and sales expertise.

Drive product sales and treatment bookings, consistently achieving KPIs.

Deliver a luxury client experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.

Contribute to store activations, product launches, and promotional events.

Maintain high clinical standards of safety, hygiene, and treatment delivery.

Cover dermal therapy shifts at Contour Clinics as part of your career development.

About You

Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy / Dermal Science (or equivalent).

A true skincare and cosmeceutical enthusiast with clinical credibility.

Proven experience in skincare consultations, facials, or dermal needling.

Strong retail and sales ability with a track record of meeting KPIs.

Confident communicator who thrives on educating and converting clients.

Professional presentation and customer-focused energy.

Team player, adaptable, and motivated by results.

Available for evenings, weekends, and retail peak periods.
