This is your chance to lead a luxury skincare spa and treatment space located in Terrigal, Central Coast.
We are looking for a dynamic Spa Manager who is both a confident salesperson and an inspiring team leader. This role requires someone who can take charge of the sales floor, deliver a premium client experience, and guide a small team to outstanding results.
This is a hands-on position - ideal for someone who loves to sell, lead, and create impact in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
About the Position
This is a casual opportunity, working 5 days per week, with weekend availability required.
You’ll lead the overall daily operations and be responsible for achieving both team and personal sales targets. In addition to managing the team and stock, you’ll also engage directly with clients - offering professional consultations and high-value product recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be available on the spa’s phone during all working hours, handling client calls with excellent customer service.
Ensure client attendance by sending confirmation messages and following up with a phone call one day before each appointment.
Provide secretarial support, including managing bookings and client communications.
Your support team includes:
A small, focused sales team - your role is to train, motivate, and work alongside them to drive performance.

Main Duties
Oversee all aspects of daily operations in a premium skincare setting
Provide personalised skincare consultations and exceed sales goals
Support, guide, and train team members to improve sales and service
Ensure client confirmations and provide phone-based customer service
Maintain a visually stunning and organised space at all times
Handle team rosters, stock control, store procedures, and performance reviews
Who You Are
Experienced in retail management - preferably in skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or high-end retail
A strong closer - persuasive, confident, and target-driven
A natural leader who uplifts and energises their team
Highly presentable with excellent communication skills
Reliable, structured, and always one step ahead
Available full-time and on weekends - this role requires full commitment
Not open to students - we need a steady, professional presence in-store
