Our Swan Valley site includes a retail showroom, café, and viewing windows into our chocolate production area — attracting thousands of visitors each week.
The Role
As FOH Supervisor, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the floor, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example. You'll support the General Manager and help mentor our team of retail and café staff to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise FOH operations in retail and café areas
Motivate and support team members to achieve service excellence
Manage daily staffing, breaks, and task allocation
Provide hands-on service during peak periods
Assist with training, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
About You
Previous hospitality or retail leadership experience (supervisory level)
Minimum 3+ years of hospitality or retail leadership experience required
A genuine passion for customer service and high-quality experiences
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude
Barista skills and POS experience
Barista skills are an essential requirement for this position
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts on a rotating roster basis
