Role & Duties

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
• Outsourced PCRs - support with inspections
• Support from a leasing agent, assistant PM & BDM
• Ensure legislative requirements are met and portfolio remains compliant

About You

This role is perfect for an experienced property manager who knows the western suburbs market well. You should be organised, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships with your clients. You value teamwork and collaboration, and want to efficiently manage a high end portfolio with solid support.

• A current Property Management Registration (WA)
• Valid WA driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
