The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of around 150 properties
• Oversee rental arrears, maintenance requests, and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service for tenants and landlords
• Liaise directly with landlords to provide updates, guidance, and support
• Maintain a high level of service that reflects the agency’s community-focused approach

About You:

• Previous experience managing your own rental portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships
