About the Role

Maxiply is seeking a motivated and driven Production Operator to join our experienced and dedicated team in Lilydale. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll be directly involved in the manufacturing process — operating machinery, handling timber products, and ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal performance

Setting up and adjusting machines for different production runs

Performing manual handling, lifting, and packaging tasks

Following Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures and wearing required PPE at all times

Working collaboratively with other operators, supervisors, and the production team

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Identifying problems and contributing to solutions

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or timber-related industries (preferred but not essential)

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling timber products safely

Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of activity across all tasks

Good attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, and a positive, safety-first attitude
