We are Seeking a hardworking and motivated Manufacturing Mill Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and quality controll process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our feed mill.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the feed mill

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Load and unload raw material and finished products

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas

Follow all health and safety regulation and procedures

Monitor product quality and report to supervisor when issues arise

Support other team members as needed to meet production goals

Requirements of successful candidate:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to operate and maintain machinery in a timely manner

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour

Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime
