Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Timber Products Assembler & Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling our timber products, assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble timber products designed for dog toilets with precision and attention to detail.

Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks, including packing orders, preparing pallets, and managing stock.

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).

Use power tools, such as hand saws, rip saws, and power drills, to complete various tasks.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Work collaboratively in a small team environment to achieve production goals.

Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in building or woodworking.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to use power tools safely and confidently.

Experience operating forklifts (preferred not required) or willingness to learn.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
