About the Opportunity
As a Production Worker you’ll play an integral role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team to produce quality systems that meet strict safety and sustainability standards.

About the Role
You’ll play an integral role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team to produce quality systems that meet strict safety and sustainability standards. Department shifts are staggered; standard working hours are anywhere between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment used in steel processing and manufacturing, such as rollers, presses, and seaming machines
Ensure products consistently meet quality standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance
Assist with the preparation and assembly of steel components
Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
About You:
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and strictly adhere to safety protocols
Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment (advantageous but not essential)
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environment
Commitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy
Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to contributing in a team environment
