Due to business growth, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with transformation experience in the Superannuation sector.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and deliver critical initiatives across technology, compliance, and member services. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with measurable value for our members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across business, regulatory, and technology streams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation
• Monitor project performance, providing regular updates and insights to executives
• Ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC, and other superannuation regulatory requirements
• Experience managing vendors and 3rd parties
• Any M&A or divestment experience would also be very beneficial

About you:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within financial services, superannuation, or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of superannuation industry operations, legislation, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
