We are looking for a professional person with experience in large scale business transformations and building strong collaborative teams, educating and sharing knowledge with the users; and who goes above and beyond just managing deliverables. You must be an all-rounder who has significant experience with various major business applications; exposure to custom software development; demonstrable skills in data transformation and data interoperability.

To be successful in your application you must be experienced with implementing various business applications including Rostering, Award interpretation, Payroll, HRM, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, ERP systems. Your demonstrated experience with people across management levels and business units and your enthusiasm for effective system implementation will stand you in good stead with identifying issues and bringing people along on the improvement journey. You should have at least 5+ years in project management.

You will be responsible for the overall governance of projects; resource planning; budget management; status reporting; issues and risk management; overall solution QA and guidance from a business perspective. Your existing skills will include working on client projects from start to finish, identification and resolution of issues and risk management, applying strong analytical ability. Appropriate tertiary qualification and relevant industry experience is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

Full project lifecycle experience – from requirements through to business case, implementation and transition to BAU.

Knowledge and experience with implementing major HRM and ERP applications.

Business process / Business requirements analysis and documentation experience.

Technology and Business outcome alignment experience.

Strong analytical ability, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to establish goals, set clear expectations, prioritise activities, and follow through with timely execution.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with associated deadlines, driving simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within budget.

Ability to advise clients on system application architecture and best practices, providing guidance in defining requirements and business rules.

Ability to manage the implementation of technology infrastructure solutions, including requirements and design.

Experience with managing vendors, budgets, and project risk.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal:

- Excellent writing skills required for documentation of Formal Reports including business requirements, project charters and project plans (advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project).

- Strong client-facing communication skills, able to present project status and other relevant information in format appropriate for people at differing levels of an organisation with experience in engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Demonstrated mediation and conflict resolution skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
