The Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of a cutting edge technology company delivering mission critical systems to clients across defence, government, and infrastructure sectors. They are seeking a capable and proactive Project Manager to support internal project delivery across a dynamic and fast paced environment.

This role focuses on enhancing how engineering teams plan, coordinate, and execute projects. You'll help refine internal workflows, introduce scalable tools, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support internal project initiatives from planning through execution
• Facilitate regular project forums to align teams and streamline delivery practices
• Introduce and maintain effective project management tools and methodologies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely outcomes and team alignment

About You

• Experienced in managing technical projects within software or engineering environments
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams
• Able to implement structure and consistency in fast-moving settings
• Background in defence, critical systems, or high assurance sectors is advantageous
