The Opportunity

This is not a transactional sales role; it's an opportunity to shape the design narrative of Australia's most prestigious projects. As Senior Specification Sales, you'll act as a brand ambassador and design consultant, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the country's top Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, and Architects.

You will:

• Lead project specifications with confidence, vision, and creativity.
• Present and champion collections that define industry benchmarks in decorative lighting.
• Leverage your network within the design community to deliver project success.
• Curate lighting solutions that inspire and elevate, from bespoke residences to iconic commercial landmarks.
• Operate with autonomy while backed by a supportive, design-passionate team.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
