About the Role:

As our Functions Manager, you’ll work closely with our Reservations Specialist and Venue teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down. You’ll lead on-the-day coordination, communicate directly with clients, and make sure all the little details are just right. If you’re organised, solutions-focused, and love delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting up and packing down functions as per run sheets

Liaising with clients and internal teams during events

Managing AV setups, signage, menus and other event logistics

Ensuring function service is seamless and meets client expectations

Supporting casual staff and maintaining top standards in our function areas

What You’ll Need:

Hospitality or event coordination experience

Excellent time management and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

RSA essential; First Aid a bonus
