About the Role:

The Quality Officer will facilitate quality improvement and compliance processes across the organisation, to ensure adherence to its quality management systems and exceed its accreditation obligations. This position will be responsible for coordination of multiple accreditation frameworks, ensuring the organization is appropriately prepared and quality systems are embedded.

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within health and community services and /or not for profit sector.
  • Experience in administering a document control system.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of document management practices, document control protocols and electronic document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums.

Qualification and Other Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • NPC
