About the Role: As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused therapeutic services, including family support, assessments, and caregiver training. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions

Conducting comprehensive assessments across all age groups and disability types

Designing and monitoring interventions for behaviour management

Providing training to stakeholders on therapeutic interventions and behaviour support strategies

Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment

About You:

Certified by the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core level or above

Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent field meeting NDIS Capability Framework standards

Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding the human rights of individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities

Possess the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve set goals within specified timeframes

Maintain current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Workers Clearance, or willingness to obtain
