About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant at UFS Healthcare, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries
• Process transactions and sales efficiently
• Monitor and restock inventory to ensure shelves are well-maintained
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Support dispensary operations by receiving prescriptions

Lucas Pharmacy is a busy and vibrant store. Our full-time opportunity will negotiate a roster between the work hours of 9.30am - 6pm or 10.00am - 6.30pm, Monday - Friday. Working a 40 hour week, you will also accrue rostered days off - one per month to support your work / life balance.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customer and patients and seek to provide health solutions.
• Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au.
• Previous pharmacy experience and completion of the S2S3 Certification is a strong advantage.
