What you'll do
Permanent full time opportunity to recruit, lead and manage a diverse team of program administrative staff by providing strategic and contemporary leadership.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Demonstrates experience in successfully leading, managing and developing a diverse team within a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability in developing and implementing program improvement initiatives to directly enhance service delivery outcomes and expectations.
- Demonstrates conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and interpret issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex program matters.
