The Requirements:

• BSc in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar industry relevant qualification
• Experience with Australian Standard contracts essential
• Proven ability to scope & let commercial trade packages, manage variations, progress claims both upstream and downstream.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.
